Anishnaabek Healing Circle Training/TA Procedures October 2010

Purpose: To Establish Uniform Guidelines For ATR Tribal Access Centers And Service Providers To Use When Requesting Training Or Technical Assistance. Training And TA Request

ATR Training Guideline Guideline: All ATR Tribal Access Centers And Service Providers Should Request Training/TA by Using Procedure In This Guideline.

ATR Training/TA Request ATR Tribal Access Center And Service Providers Can Initiate A Training Or Technical Assistance Request Two Ways: a.Completing The ATR Training And TA Request Form On The ATR Healing Circle Web Site And Fax Or Scan Completed Form To Donelda Harper At a.Calling Or ing Donelda Harper, Training Specialist, To Discuss The Training Or TA Need.

ATR Training/TA Request Once the ATR Training Specialist receives the ATR Training or TA Request, It Will Be Reviewed And If Modifications Are Required The Requestor Will Make Changes, E- mailing Training Specialist Modifications.

ATR Training/TA Request After ATR Training Or TA Request Form Is completed, A Copy Will Be Sent To The ATR Director, Eva Petoskey And Associate Director, Terri Tavenner For Review.

The ATR Director And Associate Director, In Consultation With The Training Specialist, Will Identify The Staff And Other Resources Necessary to Facilitate The Request. The Training Specialist Will Coordinate A Meeting With ATR Staff/Consultants That Will Provide Training Or TA. A Draft Agenda Will Be Completed From This Meeting.

The Draft Agenda Will Be Sent To The Requester For Approval. The Requester Will Approve The Draft Agenda And E- mail Training Specialist Indicating Their Approval Of Agenda. The Final Agenda Will Be Sent To ATR Director And Associate Director For E- mail Approval.

Responder Approves Via To Training Specialist.
