A B C  Always take time for yourself, at least 10 minutes per day.  Be in the present: Watch the sun-rise and sun-set. Be with nature  Clap 20 times a day, in celebration. Clapping is a massage for the body.

D E F  Devote your time to prayer for 5 minutes every day. Prayer heals spiritual stress  Eat only fresh fruits, veggies, seeds and grains. Eat a 100% alkaline vegan diet  Forgive others, don't hold grudges and be tolerant -- not everyone is as capable as you.

G H I  Go on a long walk every-day. Walking is the best exercise.  Hugs, kisses and laughter: Have fun and don't be afraid to share your feelings with others.  Increase the time you spend with family, friends and children

J K L  Judge your own performance realistically.  Keep a dream diary and you will find that everything is part of a divine plan  Leave alcohol, sugary drinks and other stimulants like tea,coffee,sugar and energy drinks immediately.
