Trip Details Thursdays after school Leave CMS around 3:15 Return to CMS at 9:45 Dates:January 15, 22, 29 and February 15, 12, 19 Makeup date: February 26

Safety 1 Adult for every 10 kids 1 Adult in the lodge at all times Badges with barcodes that include name, allergies, and group name Ski patrol has our cell phone numbers Ski patrol and chaperones on the mountain Ski buddies Check in and eating Mandatory helmets Middle School demographic No tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior Emergency Procedures in place in case of injury

Missing a Trip Students can miss one trip that will be fully reimbursed Voucher for weeknight ski trip Inclement weather- if a trip is canceled due to bad weather, we will have make up days tacked onto the end Remember, weather may be different there than in NJ!

Lessons Lessons are offered in two different package One hour in duration Broken into stations Students get a card and receive hole punches for lesson completion Differentiated based on skill level Generally 3 is sufficient, but more can be added Encouraged for students who have limited experience

Rentals Students who ARE NOT renting, their equipment will be stored at school in a secure location Students WHO ARE renting will input their information on Shawnee's website and pick up equipment upon arrival Not mandatory to rent from the mountain but suggested
