HISTORY  SMKN 1 Jakarta is the oldest vocational school in Indonesia.  Founded by A Dutch Government named Koning Klike Wilhemnia School ( KWS) in  The mission for this school/KWS is to prepare Indonesian and Dutch students to be a technician to build A Dutch East Indies  After Proclamation, Indonesian Government changed this school to Sekolah Teknik Menengah (STM) or Technical High School  At present STM becomes SMK (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan) or Vocational High School
