Designing a Product The students design a new product / developing the product manually or based on computer

G. The steps of tefa 2. Making a Prototype The students make a product teste as prototype. 3. Validating and Verifying Prototype The students test the validation and verification of the tester to proceed the suitability of product 4. Massive Production The students make the schedule and the quantity product as it is planned.

G. The steps of tefa Another syntax of teaching factory (Hidayat, 2011) is as follows : 1. Taking the order In this learning step, the students has a role as the order receiver. There will be a communication between the order giver / client and the students related to the specifications of product and complaints about the product. 2. Analyzing the order In this learning step, the students has role as a technician. He analyzes the ordered product related to the service about the details, the specifications, the material and time process under the teacher’s supervision as the supervisor.

G. The steps of tefa 3. Stating Ready To Execute Order The student state their readiness to conduct the order based on the result of analysis and their competence. So, it will motivate them to be responsible. 4. Doing The Order Conducting the order as the job specification resulted from the process of order analysis. They should obey the safety work and its procedure to produce the product as the client order.

G. The steps of tefa 5. Evaluating The Product Assessing the product / service through comparing the product / service with the specifications ordered by the clients 6. Order Delivery The student deliver the order either the product or service after checking all specifications completed. So, there will be a productive communication

H. Conclusion Teaching learning process based on Teaching Factory is able to bridge the learning process at vocational high school and the real job and industrial world.
