provides project management; submits project proposal for the competition; represents the relationship with the contracting authority, being the contractor of law; also the person will ensure the effective and efficient communication of administrative, technical and financial problems between the group and the contracting authority.

One of the Consortium’s objectives is establishing and supporting collaboration between members. The colaboration is oriented towards developing joint projects in education, research, culture and arts. Consortium members will maintain contact and will support collaboration between staff, students, institutions and research centers. To achieve this objective, the consortium members will coordinate their research and teaching activities of mutual interest.
