Vacant Housing Units and Not Existing Housing Units Two types of vacant housing units in the 2010 Census – Held for seasonal, recreational or occasional use – Regular Vacant – available for rent/sale  A regular vacant has to verified by another enumerator or by other means: –By a second enumerator in Vacant Delete Check. –The unit is classified as an undeliverable-as-addressed by the United States Postal Service.
