Point of Conduct Cell Phones Cell Phones –If a cell phone or other electronic device is seen or heard inside the school building before, during or after school it will be taken to the AP with the following consequences: 1 st offense: Device returned to parent after school day. 1 st offense: Device returned to parent after school day. 2 nd -4 th Offense: Device returned to parent with a $15 fee. 2 nd -4 th Offense: Device returned to parent with a $15 fee. 5 th + Offense: Device returned to parend with a $15 fee and an ISS assignment. 5 th + Offense: Device returned to parend with a $15 fee and an ISS assignment.

Point of Conduct Backpacks Backpacks –Backpacks and book bags are not allowed in classrooms. They must be left in student lockers.

Point of Conduct Dress Code Dress Code –Shorts, skirts and dresses must be no shorter than the width of the student’s hand above the knee. All dress code violations will be sent to the office immediately and the student will have to change. Point of Conduct Dress Code Dress Code –Students may not wear bodysuits, halter tops, backless tops, dresses or mini-skirts. –Boys may not wear sleeveless shirts.

Point of Conduct Tardies Tardies –More than 3 tardies results in 1 day of lunch d-hall per tardy. For example..6 tardies = 3 days of lunch d-hall. –Excessive tardies (10+) result in an ISS assignment. Don’t be Late

Points of Conduct Cursing/Inappropriate Language Cursing/Inappropriate Language –Cursing and inappropriate language will result in 1-3 days of ISS.

Points of Conduct Scuffling Scuffling –Scuffling anywhere on the GJHS campus will result in ISS, usually for all students involved. –Students watching or encouraging a fight will also be assigned ISS.
