B O N N E V I L L E P O W E R A D M I N I S T R A T I O N 7 Residential Building Stock Assessment  A comprehensive research study of energy efficiency in Pacific Northwest residential buildings  Data are in 30 sub-regions, not at the territory level  Allows utilities without their own data to “get in the ballpark”  Data, available through BPA, can be used as inputs in the Utility Potential Calculator

B O N N E V I L L E P O W E R A D M I N I S T R A T I O N Utility Potential Calculator (UPC)  Tool developed by BPA to estimate efficiency potential in a utility’s territory More granular than the Council’s 6 th Plan target calculator but not as comprehensive as a full potential assessment Based on the 6 th Plan’s supply curves, but more options for customizing to a specific service area than the Council calculator Can adjust population, square footage, saturation rates 8
