2014 Annual Move 8  Transfer Requests (TRs) loaded into ERA, October 21, ,705 TRs (90,363.6 cubic feet) loaded 3,616 (34,091.4 cubic feet) have been proposed to NARA as of June 16, % still have not been proposed (62% of volume)  Still plenty of time to propose them!

Agencies will receive lists of potentially eligible FRC transfers for January 2015 for their agency Agency deadline for proposing Transfer Requests to NARA for movement in the January-March quarter Deadline for physical transfer of all records with NARA approved transfer requests NARA will load Transfer Requests into ERA for eligible transfers NARA deadline to make the approval decision on Transfer Requests proposed by December Annual Move 9 October 1, 2014 December 1, 2014 January 15, 2015 March 31, 2015 August 1,
