  Cut and polished stones are categorised as  Natural/unheated  Thermal treatment/heated  Treated stones  As company policy, Khiards do not deal in artificially colour infused or treated stones and internationally recognised gemmological certification is provided on request for each gemstone sold.  The most common international Certificates are from Gubelin,GRS,GIA and from local labs such as the Gemmological institute of Colombo The Ceylon sapphire
