The Game To undertake this activity you will need this Powerpoint file and a print off of the Bingo cards (see opposite) To start the activity give each pupil (or team) a card. After this initial period then run the bingo game (ensuring that you have set up correctly – see opposite) ‘Call’ each number one at a time by clicking on the chick on screen. After each number has been called allow pupils a few moments to see if they have the corresponding number of their card. If they do they can ‘cross-off’ that number The first pupil (or team) to cross off all 12 of their definitions is the winner. Game Setup Note – this game has randomly generated data using a ‘macro’ embedded within the file. For this file to work you must ‘enable’ the macro when prompted (on opening up of the file). This game comes with 20 French numbers written as text and translations. You can alter these to your own numbers by typing in the cells on the table on slide 3. The game also comes with 5 game cards to be printed off (slides 5 to 9) to be handed out to students or teams. To set these cards run this slide in slideshow mode and click on the button below. Print these slides off. If you want another 5 cards with different randomly selected numbers, click the button below and print off the new set of cards Click here to randomly set the bingo cards with 9 numbers selected from the 20.
