Automated Web Briefing Instructions If you are loading the PowerPoint file fresh, you may need to… – Click Enable Editing at the top of the slideshow. – Click Enable Content at the top of the slideshow. Hit Alt-F8. Select the macro AutomatedBrief and click the Run button. Click Yes to start the briefing creation GUI. The briefing creation GUI is self explanatory. Once the slides populate, make any edits to them that you desire. Depending on your presentation method, you now have a couple of options. – If you need images of the slides, once your slides are complete, hit Alt-F8 and run the SaveSlides macro. You will be prompted as to where the images have been saved. – If you just need the PowerPoint presentation as is, simply save a copy of the presentation to the desired location.
