Teacher setup:
Print Scrn on your keyboard will take a picture of any screen you like. You can then paste a shot of that webpage into the powerpoint file. When the file is in normal edit mode, you cannot edit what is in the boxes. When you move to view mode, you can enter and edit data. As the teacher, be careful how you save the file because it will hold whatever you put in it last.
Student use:
Have students choose slide show – view show. In the boxes the students can click and enter their name and answers. When they click the I it will take them to the first page. The forward button will take them to the next page. The back button will take them to the previous page and the question mark will bring them back to their answer sheet to fill in additional information.
