Project’s Work-Plan Seven (7) Work-Packages

EVALUATION Based on 4 key features: The exact determination of learning objectives The systematic data acquisition during both phases of implementation The introduction of a methodological reporting system Combination of quantitative and qualitative results

STUDENTS will have to: Identify agricultural products that played significant role in the history and socioeconomic development of the area Make a selection among them (most appropriate, marketable) Collect information about the products (historical, chemistry, ecological…data) Negotiate with the producers in order to obtain limited quantities of his products in exchange with the promotion of the products via Internet Develop a business and media coverage plan for each product (market research, price determination, distribution and promotion policies) Design attractive trademarks and web pages for the products Sell the products Monitor the product’s performance in a weekly basis, discuss about the strategy adopted, compare the performance of the products with the targeted performance, modify the business plan accordingly, study the impact of their decisions Communicate with virtual classmates through BB Influence the continuous development of the e-shop platform Present the products and the commercialization strategies in the e-Agro magazines
