The Crystal Experiment By: Maria Franco

Procedures: - On Saturday around 11:00 Am, I boil ½ cup of water and I add it the Epsom salts until was dissolve. I pour the mixture into a shallow little plastic dish enough to cover the bottom and I put it in the window so the water can be evaporated. - On Sunday I check it and it was some crystals with some water. - On Monday I look at it and it was crystals clear, When I touch it feels salty and cold and it was broken.

The Crystal Experiment By Maria Franco Purpose: How to see when a solution of salt water is evaporated. Hypothesis: I think I will convert Epsom salt and water to crystals. Materials: ½ cup water, ¼ cup of Epsom salt, Plastic little dish.

The Crystal Experiment By: Maria Franco Conclusion: The Hypothesis is correct because the Epsom salt and the water evaporated with the light of the sun to one piece of crystal that it broke in pieces.
