Mutual Funds Product PNVF offers a product that will manage and monitor your Mutual Funds portfolio - minimizing risk and maximizing returns. It will be integrated into the overall wealth management of the client.

Mutual Fund Choices Wide range of products to choose from:  Equity Mutual Funds-Diversified, Sector specific, Tax saving and Index.  Debt Mutual Funds-Income, Short term, Medium term, Floating rate, Gilt fund.  Hybrid Funds -Equity oriented- Balanced fund. -Debt oriented -Monthly Income plan.

How It Works-Initial Stage  Client defines his investment goals  PNVF designs a mutual fund portfolio based on his investment objectives.  PNVF will implement the agreed upon strategy to optimize his portfolio returns.  If client has an existing MF portfolio, it will be analyzed using a proprietary valuation model and a churn strategy evolved.

How It Works- Post Investment  Continuous monitoring of the performance and progress of portfolio.  Refine strategy if required and portfolio rebalancing.  Prompt implementation of the strategy so that the money does not stay idle.

Procedures  Client will provide the list of Mutual he has.  The RM will discuss his risk profile and investment needs.  PNVF will decide the strategy for investments.  RM will implement strategy along with the client.  The Mutual Fund portfolio will be tracked on the Mutual Fund Tracker software.  Portfolio will be tracked monthly and reports provided to client.

Fee Structure  PNVF does not charge any fees for managing fund portfolio  We receive commissions directly from the Fund House

Tax Implications Debt Mutual Funds  The dividend is fully tax exempt in the hands of investor.  Dividend distribution tax at the rate of 12.5% is deducted by Mutual Fund Houses.  TDS applicable on Long term Capital Gain is 20%.  TDS applicable on Short term Capital Gain is 30%.

Tax Implications Equity Mutual Funds  The dividend is fully tax exempt in the hands of investor.  The long term capital gains are also tax exempt.  Only short term capital gains tax is applicable at 15%.
