PBS Lesson Be responsible in the restroom.

This means when you go to the bathroom to not fool around, to get your business done and to get back to class. This means don’t go to the bathroom and text or talk to a buddy that comes in. Also means to not stop into another classroom on your way back and talk to another teacher or friends.

Good example Kyle gets to the bathroom quickly, uses it and washes his hands. He returns to class without missing any of the math lesson.

One day Ed went to the bathroom. He took care of his business but while he was in there, his best friend, Bob, walked in and struck up a conversation with Ed. Then Bob pulled out his cell phone and started texting. Then a couple other kids came in and they all started hanging out and having a bathroom party.

One day Chester had to go to the bathroom. He got in there, did his business, and got out. He wasn’t gone for very long. Way to go, Chester!

You should use bathroom and return promptly so you don’t miss class and lose out on valuable class and learning time.
