Page 1 About Us: Team Kratos Wresting Club provides Hudson youth with an opportunity to get involved in the sport of wrestling  Team Kratos Wrestling Club is organized as a non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide children in the grades of K-6 th with an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of wrestling and compete in local and regional area wrestling events  Based in Hudson, Ohio  Founded in 2005  Over 200 wrestlers involved in program over past three seasons  Past Season(2007/8) Recap:  Team Membership: approx 60 (3 rd consecutive year of membership growth)  Competed in the Ohio Youth Wrestling League (an Akron area league)  Competed in 23 open tournaments  Achieved 18 first place podium finishes, 13 second place, 18 third place, and 10 fourth place finishes  Three wrestlers qualified and competed in 2008 Grade School State Wrestling Championships  Finished 2007/8 season with three wrestlers ranked in Ohio Wrestler Top 20 state rankings  Filed with State of Ohio as Non-Profit Organization in Aug Expect to receive 501(c)3 Letter of Recognition from IRS in early October

Page 4 Team Kratos, seeks commercial sponsorships for the upcoming 2008/9 wrestling season  Sponsorship is primarily used to offset Team Kratos marketing expenses (e.g. website hosting fees, Hudson Hub Wrestler of the Week Articles)  Unused sponsorship funds will be allocated to fund general operations which include wrestler kits, summer camp scholarships and end of year banquet  All Team Kratos coaches and the Team Kratos Wrestling Club Board of Directors are Volunteers  Several sponsorship levels are available (Platinum, Gold, Silver) – see next page
