Broadband for all - For a prosperous and sustainable society Seminar June 28, 2010 Stockholm  What are the most effective Government initiatives addressing rural broadband deployment / “bridging of the Digital Divide” ?  What key regulatory and technology aspects need attention to fulfill the objective of broadband for all?  What is behind the Nordic countries’ leading position in broadband for all?  2009 the seminar gathered 50 Government & Regulator representatives from 24 countries.
