WWash the strawberries and the raspberries. DDice the strawberries AAdd 2 tablespoons of sugar on the diced fruit, mix and reserve the time to prepare the rest

CCrush the meringue into pieces WWhisk the cream. When it starts to rise, add the icing sugar and finish to beat until the cream is whipped. YYou can also use a siphon to do the whipped cream
