Athletes Body builders Average Joes, or anyone looking to really take their physique to the next level. So Who benefits from supplements?

Protein Supplements can help build and repair muscle. Creatine gives your muscles extra energy to fuel your workout, as well as repair your muscles after your workout. Nitric oxide is a supplement that is used in some pre- workout powders that helps get more oxygen to your muscle tissue, and improves vascularity and prevents the build up of lactic acid. The extra edge to workout longer and harder WHAT CAN SUPPLEMENTS DO FOR YOU?

Supplements are regulated by the FDA on a “safe until proven otherwise” basis. There have been deaths caused by supplements, why hasn’t the FDA done more to prevent this? Where Does the FDA Stand?

I believe supplements are safe, but they should be taken in moderation. If you are unsure if they are safe for you, consult a doctor and go over the list of nutrients that are in the supplement that best fits you.
