All state approved career majors will be placed on the state Career Clusters website.” “Each eligible recipient will be required to have enrollment in at least one cluster, pathway, and career major with secondary and/or postsecondary concentrator in a career and technology education (CTE) area.”

Each cluster, pathway, and career major being offered by an eligible recipient must identify a clear option to pursue postsecondary education. 3. Each eligible recipient will report the established Performance Measures outlined in the Carl D. Perkins Act and the corresponding Oklahoma State Plan. Requirements of Eligible Recipients:

10 Secondary CTE Participant: A secondary student who has enrolled in less than 360 course hours (3 Carnegie units of credit) in a single career and technical education (CTE) pathway. Important Definitions: Secondary CTE Concentrator: A secondary student who has completed 51% of a career major based on either competency or course hours within a career major that terminates in the award of an industry-recognized credential, a certificate, or a degree. Adult CTE Participant: An adult technology center student who has enrolled in less than 360 course hours in a career major Adult CTE Concentrator: An adult technology center student who has completed 51% of a career major based on either competency or course hours within a career major that terminates in the award of an industry-recognized credential, a certificate, or a degree.
