X. Evaluation Criteria Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: a. Organizational Capacity – 25 points b. Program Design and Approach – 40 points c. Administrative and Fiscal Qualifications – 35 points  Applicants must score a minimum of 70 points to be considered for funding.  Review committee will be comprised of SSAI staff.  SSAI reserves the right to seek additional information from Applicants, potentially including site visits or agency interviews.

XI. Notice of Award  SSAI will announce the award(s) no later than Wednesday, May 27, 2015  SSAI will notify all applicants of decision by  SSAI will facilitate transition activities of SCSEP from May 27 – June 30, 2015
