What Does Equity Look Like? Excellence – When all students achieve Quality – All schools will be equally desirable Leadership – Guidance and support for student success Accountability – Making sure policies and practices are fair Resources – Distribute to meet student needs

Achieving Equity… Adequate funding Resources based on student needs High student expectations Open access to rigorous curriculum Teacher support so all students succeed Welcoming school climate for all students, families and community members
