Commissioned Corps Readiness Force Rostering & Activation of CCRF

Commissioned Corps Readiness Force Rosters Assigned to one of seven CCRF rotational rosters OR agency roster May still not be “deployable” Every officer in the Corps should be on a roster. First call every 7 months If need exceeds roster, will expand call

Commissioned Corps Readiness Force Ready Rotational Rosters All deployment roles represented Roles are balanced by role, agency, duty station, and supervisor Monthly Rotation Backup on month following on-call month Each roster represents the available pool of officers that could be utilized to respond during an on-call period.

Commissioned Corps Readiness Force Notification and Approval Officers are notified by of their roster assignments (as well as on the website) Supervisors are notified by of their officers assignments If supervisor CANNOT approve assignment, they must contact the Commissioned Corps Liaison Approved by CPOs and OPDIV/Agency Liaisons

Commissioned Corps Readiness Force Activation Process Request for assistance Activation recommendation memo prepared for SG Evaluation/approval by SG SG activates CCRF Mission requirements matched with capabilities of CCRF members on ready rotational roster

Commissioned Corps Readiness Force Advise Agency Liaisons of activation Members on roster contacted for confirmation of availability. Availability reaffirmed with supervisor. Travel orders and arrangements are completed. CCRF members deploys to situation. Activation Process
