MAINTENANCE TIPS 1.Garbage disposals need to be ran at least once a week to keep them working well. Also, you MUST run water while using them. 2.Please put cigarettes only in the cigarette urns on building entrances and not trash. Also when taking trash out please put the trash in the dumpsters and not set them down next to dumpster. 3.If your dishwasher is leaving spots on dishes make sure you refill the jet dry and then also fill a cup with vinegar and run a normal cycle. This also helps with white spots. 4.Please make sure when outlets are not working you first check the reset on all GFCI switches before calling maintenance after hours.
