Girls on the Run is a transformational learning program for 8 to 13 year-old girls. We teach life skills through dynamic, conversation-based lessons and running games. The program culminates with the girls being physically and emotionally prepared to complete a celebratory 5k running event. The goal of the program is to unleash confidence through accomplishment while establishing a lifetime appreciation of health and fitness. LEO Program Guide Fall 2014 Lancashire Enrichment Opportunities, or LEO, offers a variety of fun and engaging after-school activities for our Lancashire students. All activities will take place at Lancashire from 3:30-4:30PM. Registration and cost varies for each activity. Students will practice introductory soccer skills once a week and then play games on Saturdays at Forwood Elementary School. Families must purchase their own soccer shoes and shin guards.
