Holly Hall Elementary 2009 – 2010 PM Duties/Stations

PM Duties/Stations All 4th and 5th Grades students will exit down the 4th grade stairwell! 3:30 - 3:45 –Buses will be called by #’s instead of by grade levels –Teachers will be asked stand outside their doorways to help monitor the hallways –Matt Stephen, Kim McCardell, Alyssa Petro, Mandy Feeney (one person assist first run of Bus #10 and bus #229 as they cross in front of the bus line near White Hall Rd.)

PM Duties/Stations Outside/Front of Building with Buses (after putting Pre-K and K students on the bus the assistants will remain by the buses to maintain crowd control) –Sandy Dixon, Loretta Lucatamo, Lollie Fagan, Deanna Henry, MaryAnn McEvoy

PM Duties/Stations Outside at the Car Loop –Kelli Stansfield, Lisa Kegley, Deidre Ramsey Checkers and Callers at the Pick-up/Car Loop –Wendy Parker, Felecia Wiley –In the Cafeteria with Walkers and Second run of Bus #10 and #229 Brenda Land, Karen Murray, Tiffany Kenenske, Wendy Reyes –Main Hallway to Guide Traffic and Maintain Order Catherine Shelton, Wanda Cantera

PM Duties/Stations 4th/5th Grade Stairwell (Hallway/Bottom Level) –Katie McGillen, Kelley Moorman, Pam Hartzell, Salinda Deery, 1st Floor Main Stairwell and Watch for Stragglers –Mary Ellen Butkiewicz K-1 and 2-3 Hallway Intersection. –Karen Hartranft 2nd/3rd Grade Hallway Bathroom Area and Watch for Stragglers –Vickie Husfelt
