3 With intent to unite and set the Movement, Ana María de Moreno suggested as essential to get up each year a National Congress in Mexico, and every two years an International Congress. These Congresses promote spiritual growth and unity between members of the Movement of the FLAME OF LOVE

21 Mgr Bernardino Echeverría, then archbishop in Ecuador, offered his entire support to the Movement of the FLAME OF LOVE, and even more after his nomination as a Cardinal. Cardinal Echeverría went back to the Lord on April 6, 2000

22 He was National Coordinator for Hungary, when he went back to the Lord on December 16, 2000 Mgr Luis Antaloczi accompanied Elizabeth Kindelmann for her to make known the message of the Blessed Virgin
