We provide services for people with disabilities or other barriers to independence. Our caseload includes: ∙ People with disabilities ∙ Residents of public housing ∙ Veterans who are homeless ∙ People in the corrections system ∙ Immigrants ∙ Teens in need of work But did you know?

But did you know? Provides employment training and job placement for homeless veterans in the Quad Cities, Muscatine and Clinton. Partnership with Department of Veterans Affairs. Homeless Veterans Program

CABS Program – provides enhanced transportation services to individuals with disabilities. HUD/Ross Program – provides job placement and advancement for individuals receiving public housing assistance. STAR Program – provides job training and placement for homeless individuals. Youth Works – provides work experience and training for at- risk youth. But did you know?
