Example of a successful lining Description: Tuff Stuff is sprayed as a protective lining onto a boat hull. The lining with TS provides a high level of protection against damage to the boat hull when traveling in low waters, and when pulling the boat out of water. Epoxy-Glass Resin Boat Hull

Preparation : Repair damaged epoxy-glass resin layer with 2-K filler, sand surface, clean with acetone. Primer 251 Coating with Tuff Stuff ca. 4 mm. Important: You must seal damaged epoxy- glass resin layer. Danger of osmosis.

Example of a successful lining Description: Tuff Stuff is sprayed as a protective lining onto a truck bed. The lining with TS provides optimal protection against damage, surface abrasion and corrosion The bed lined with TS is slip-proof, resistant to many chemicals, and easy to clean. Pick-up bed

Preparation : Clean bed, tape with fiber tape, sand the painted bed (cup-brush/sandpaper), clean with acetone and tape the vehicle, cover holes and screw threads as needed. Tuff Stuff Lining ca. 4 mm on the walls and ca. 6 mm on the bed floor.

Example of a successful lining Description: Tuff Stuff wird is applied as replacement for a rubber damping element on the interior of a crawler for tractors and expedition vehicles. The advantages over the rubber elements are the high resistance to surface abrasion and the elasticity, even at extremely low temperatures (tested at -94°F [-70°C]). The use of TS increases the service life of the rollers and the chain by a factor of 5, and considerably lowers production costs for the crawlers. (Rubber elements are glued into place.) Damping pads for crawlers

Preparation : Clean and degrease the depressions in the steel casting with acetone, apply Primer 251 with brush. Filling with Tuff Stuff (without spray) ca g per element

Example of a sucessful lining Description: Tuff Stuff is power-sprayed onto the interior of a steel pipe as a protective layer against surface abrasion. The steel pipes are part of a granulate material conveyor. Conveyor medium: Granulate material with a grain size of mm at an air flow rate of 20 m/sec. The pipes lined with Tuff Stuff have a considerably longer s ervice life. Steel Pipe Interior

Preparation : Surface is sandblasted, dedusted and cleaned with acetone. Primer 251 is applied using a modified paint gun. The spray gun is controlled by a regulated feed unit. The rotary movement of the object being coated is likewise controllable (company‘s own design) Tuff Stuff lining ca. 4 mm matte. Curves/molded pieces are manually coated (ca. 6 mm)

Example of a sucessful lining Description: Tuff Stuff is sprayed on as a seamless protective lining onto a plywood interior shell. The TS lining provides optimal protection against pentration of liquids. The interior is easy to clean. The interior sprayed with TS lining fufills applicable hygienic requirements for the transport of food. Van Interior fittings

Preparation : Line interior with plywood (screen printed panel), fill joints and bolt heads with 1-K polyurethane filler Sand the surface, clean with acetone and apply Primer 251 with a spray gun. Coat with Tuff Stuff ca. 3 mm on the walls and ceiling, ca. 5 mm on the floor. Seal with UV-Top coat. Tuff Stuff Rhino Linings meet the requirements under the Food and Essential Commodities Act and the HACCP system.

Example of a successful lining Description: Tuff Stuff is sprayed on as a protective layer on a flat roof. The TS coating provides optimal protection from water penetration and roof damage. Flat roof

Preparation: Clean the roof area, remove loose sections, and repair damaged areas. Concrete must be dry (max. 10 %) and should be roughened by sanding or sand blasting. Apply Primer 251 with a paint roller. Generally, bitumen, asphalt or insulating foam may be coated without primer. The use of UV-Top Coat is recommended to increase weather resistance and color stability.
