Quality learning provision is maintained throughout the sector.

Strategic Information Challenges / Situational analysis The substantive CEO was re-deployed to head the Human Resource Advisory Council The merger between The Tertiary Education Council and Botswana Training Authority had started  LMIS not yet fully operational  The SSETA was placed under administration after the CEO was fired by the Minister of Higher Education in February 2011  The SSETA has had some setbacks in the process of putting together a team of Executive Managers -following a situation where the entire team of previous Executive Managers left the employment of the SSETA.
