The Community Dining Room (CDR) is a well known and respected organization that is well known for feeding the hungry. They strive to promote the impact of hunger and isolation in our society. The Walk-a-thon was a way for us to help promote awareness of hunger in Connecticut. By Participating in the Walk-a-Thon we were able to help raise money that benefitted the CDR. As a result, the walkathon took in 3x the amount of money than last year
