Tiger appeared on the Mike Douglas show in 1978 to show off his golf skills at 3 years old. He won the Optimistic International Junior world title he repeats in 1985, 1988, and Wins Junior Amateur Championship in 1992, and 1993.
Tiger won the US armature championships in 1995, and When he was at Stanford University he won the NCAA championship. Turned Pro and wins Las Vegas open.
In 1996 enters Stanford University. When he wakes up he works out, plays 18 holes, works out again, and then plays 9 or 18 more holes on a normal basis. In 2004 he was ranked #1 in the world for 264 weeks. Just recently Tiger returned to golf to play in the masters he placed fourth. Currently has founded the Tiger Woods foundation. He donates money to the foundation if he wins a major tournament.

Tiger is a Asian, African American golfer. He has suffered racism, and has shown great integrity. He has inspired a lot of people to play golf. He broke the racial barrier of golf, it was always a white males game.

1975: Born on December 30 in Cypress California 1978: Appears on the Mike Douglas show because Tiger was a golf protégé. 1984: Wins Optimistic International Junior World title, repeats in 1985,1988, and 1991: Wins US Junior Amateur championship repeats in 1992, and 2000: Wins US open championship, British open, PGA championship, and Canadian open. 2001: Wins Masters tournament, becomes first person to win all four grand slam titles. 2009: 8 months after surgery on his left knee Tiger Returns to golf and won the Birdgestone invitational.
