Normal (Tri-Pane) View Contains three Panes: Outline, Slide, and Notes Allows you to work with your outline, a slide, or a slide’s notes while viewing all three at the same time Click your mouse to continue.

Outline View Expands the Outline Pane for text editing, similar to a word processing Lists an outline of your presentation Includes only the titles and text of each slide, no graphics Click your mouse to continue.

Slide View Expands the Slide Pane for both text and graphic editing Shows a single slide as it will look during a slide show Click your mouse to continue.

Slide Sorter View Changes the view to miniature images of all slides at once Allows you to reorder slides, insert slides, delete slides, or set special slide show features Click your mouse to continue.

Slide Show Presents your slide show Fills the entire screen Click your mouse to continue.
