Development and Transformation Project (Devatop) is a youth and community based initiative with focus on: Eradication of human trafficking, rape and violence against women; educational transformation, community development and youth empowerment. Some of our brands include: 1. BLUE RED CAMPAIGN Blue Red Campaign is a project against human trafficking, rape and violence against women aimed at eradicating human trafficking in Nigeria and beyond. The campaign started 2013 as a National Youth Service Personal Community Development Project. WHY THE CAMPAIGN?  – 1 million children and women are trafficked across borders each year for sexual servitude.  Approximately 80% of trafficking involves sexual exploitation, and 19% involves labour exploitation, etc.  Nigeria is one of the major contributors of trafficking in human beings. (2013 US Report)  Each year, more than 45, 000 Nigerians are trafficked to Europe.  Every 2 minutes a child is being prepared for sexual exploitation. (UNICEF)  The average age of sex trafficked victim is 12 – 14 years. OBJECTIVES: 1. To sensitize school aged children on the dangers of human trafficking, rape etc. 2. To reach out to vulnerable communities, states and equip them with in-depth information on how to recognize warning signs and repel human trafficking.

3. To raise advocates in primary, secondary and tertiary schools who will passionately and publicly combat human trafficking, rape and violence against women. 4. To partner with organizations in counseling and rehabilitating victims of human trafficking, rape etc. 2. PROJECT DONATE2SCHOOL Project Donate2School is an educational transformation project that started as a National Youth Service Community Project through which books were donated to 71 secondary and tertiary schools in Nigeria Project Donate2School’s team is passionate, enthusiastic, committed, persistent, insistent and consistent in bringing positive change in schools and lives of students in Africa; by promoting literacy; fostering reading/learning and stirring the genius within students. We execute this worthy project by collaborating with, mobilizing and encouraging individuals, companies, organizations and communities to sponsor and support the donation of books, laptop computers, desktop computers, educational materials etc to schools. OUR IMAGINATION Imagine a nation where every school children has adequate academic materials. Imagine a nation where there is no shortage of books, no dilapidated library and classrooms. Imagine a nation where every school has a computer lab and e-library. Imagine a nation where every student has access to computer or rather has a personal computer. Imagine a nation where we have 21 st century schools with 21 st century libraries and impacting 21 st century skills on students. Imagine a nation where every student is a global citizen. OUR APPROACHES 1. Collaborating with individuals, philanthropists, companies and organizations to donate academic books, self-development books, educational materials and computers to schools and students; and revitalizing their libraries 2.Publishing and donating/subsidizing the prize of academic motivational books for students and schools 3.Collaborating with ICT companies to introduce e-learning, e-books and e-library in schools. 4.Organizing workshops, conferences and training for students and teachers on 21 st century skills 5.Organizing a Read and Win Competition in schools to motivate students

Project Donate2School believes that: Education is a priority. Education is the heart of national development and transformation. A school is a factory where intellectual giants and world changers are manufactured. A classroom is lab where bright minds are made brilliant A school without a functional library is like a body without a soul and community without a hospital. Library is the hospital of the mind. If Nigeria must be among the top great countries in the world, then her educational sector had to be totally transformed and her students empowered. Winston Churchill said, “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give”. And John Bunyan remarked, “You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you”. Albert Einstein observed, “It is every man’s obligation to put back into the world at least the equivalent of what he makes out of it”. “No person was ever honored for what he received. Honor has been the reward for what he gave” Calvin Coolidge. 71 schools in Nigeria have benefited from Project Donate2Schools in the first half of this year. We target to donate more than 5, 000 books, 5 computers and educational material to at least 100 schools in Nigeria within the last half of this year (2014)
