 Search out challenging opportunities to change, grow and improve  Experiment, take risks, and learn from the accompanying mistakes

 Envision an uplifting and ennobling future  Enlist others in a common vision by appealing to their values, interests, hopes and dreams

 Foster collaboration by promoting cooperative goals and building trust  Strengthen people by giving power away, providing choice, developing competence and offering visible support

 Set the example by behaving in ways that are consistent with shared values

 Recognize individual contributions to the success of every project  Celebrate team accomplishments regularly

 The foundation of leadership  Your word can be trusted  You are personally excited and enthusiastic

 If you don’t believe the messenger, you wont believe the message  Maintain your integrity 100 percent to be a leader  Describe feelings of inspiration, passion, elation, intensity, challenge, caring, kindness, and even LOVE

 No one can prevent you from choosing to be exceptional, but you!
