WHAT DO I HAVE TO LOSE BY NOT PARTICIPATING? If you are do not enroll in State of Colorado benefits, you will be dropped and you will not have coverage in FY (July 1, 2015 – June, 30, 2016). Flexible spending accounts—If you opened a FSA accounts during Open Enrolment for FY , you must re-enroll in each account to reactivate them. After May 14, 2015, you can’t make any changes to your benefits until next year.
