Every project has a business outcome. What is expected from the project? Who, of the stakeholders, matter most? Is it possible to satisfy all the stakeholders? How clear are we about matching the expectations of the stakeholders?

The longer the project, the more motivated the team needs to be. Are they doing it because they have to? They want to? Or they burn for it? Will the slightest challenge derail the project?

The solution is the blueprint of the project Are all the needs expressed that are required for the business outcome? Is there a clear picture of how those needs will be achieved?

Whereas the solution is the blueprint, the plan is the set of detailed working drawings Whereas the solution is made up of ”whats”, the plan is made up of ”hows” The plan connects operations to the strategy

Clear decision making increases speed of execution Is everyone clear on who is responsble for what? Has there been a reliance on roles rather than individuals?

Are results based on individual progress? Is there a team leader who is driving the result? Is the entire team taking initiatives? Is innovation the driver?
