Our Service Philosophy… We recognize shelter as one of our most basic needs. We believe that when a family’s source of income or physical frailty limits their ability to have affordable safe housing, many are vulnerable to living in sub- standard, overcrowded conditions or homelessness.

Our Call to Action… To that end we provide quality, affordable, stable living environments and with services that facilitate hope and self-sufficiency for Oregon’s low and very low-income residents without regard to faith, race, ethnicity, marital status, gender or condition in life.
