Each student was responsible for completing research on an invention and its creator and creates a page in our “museum”. Before we start...  Provide clear guidelines, rubrics and timeline for project.  Gather potential pictures, songs, websites for students (this will greatly cut down on “research” time).  Require a rough draft – simple sketch, storyboard, etc.  Have students create a daily task sheet – this will help them prioritize tasks and stay focused.  It is ok not to know everything about the program before you start. I usually learn just as much from the students as they do from me.
