Recommendation No. 1. Establish good governance in the justice sector toward equal and inclusive access to justice Challenge Policy Action and Time Frame Role/Support of Stakeholders 1. Inefficiencies and corruption in the justice system Institutionalize integrity development and performance management reforms in all justice sector agencies to reduce vulnerability to corruption and effectively enforce laws.
