Intel ISEF Educator Academy Intel ® Education Programs High Level Goals Long term goals –Organize a Science Festival –Establish a Science Discovery Center –Institutionalize management of science fairs and science programs for primary and secondary schools –Increase the number of students participating in science fairs by 200% within 5 years Short term goals –Affiliate a new Science Fair to ISEF –Establish a bank of mentors to assist students –Start a new fair –Improve scientific review and judging –Raise awareness about scientific research by organizing a STEM workshop for school teachers –Attract Volunteers (university students/fresh graduates) and train them to be come science spokespersons 2
