How to reset your WinShare & Inform password using Password Self Service

Using INTERNET EXPLORER Be sure you are using Internet Explorer –Not Chrome –Not Firefox –Not your iPhone –Not your iPad –Not your Kindle

Using INTERNET EXPLORER Navigate to:

Enter your username Use Winrock\username

Answer 3 questions Click next

Check your non-Winrock Check the non-Winrock address that you entered during registration. Be sure to check your spam folder The sender of the will be “FIM Service” (example below)

Enter the security code Click next

Enter your new password The password must contain over 10 characters with at least 2 of the 3 following characteristics: –one number ( ) –one special character –one capital letter The new password cannot include more than 2 consecutive characters of your username Cannot contain over 3 consecutive characters that are reused from your last 5 passwords

You can now login using the new password
