“LEAF THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE” A Total Solution For Collection & Recycling of Food Processing Byproducts and Waste Carbon Transport, LLC January, 2015

Who are we?  Woman-owned Company  Roots in the Recycling Industry since 2006  Office located in Southwest Missouri  Serving: Midwest Sates What we do for our customers?  Collect liquid and solid waste materials from processing facilities  Waste that otherwise would go to landfills or land application  We haul the materials to our anaerobic digester  Certification of total destruction of waste  Help facilities meet corporate recycling and sustainability goals

What we are looking for  Steady supply of materials (70k – 100k tons/month)  Consistent quantity and composition  Long term commitment Types of Waste  Processing byproducts removal DAF/sludge waste butcher waste animal mortality food processing facility waste off spec, scrap, and product returns Packaged products (we run through de-packaging process)

Where will the waste go?  Greenfield anaerobic digestion facility  Private development project  Land secured and committed financial backing  Located in Southwest Missouri  Groundbreaking targeted for late 2015

What‘s included in the service?  Management of all transportation of products  Long term commitment (15-20 years)  One contact for disposal of processing waste  Certification of total destruction of waste What are the benefits?  Reduce overall waste removal cost  Meet corporate sustainability objectives  Reduce methane emission  Help meet regulatory requirements  No waste enters landfills or is applied to land

About our Partner  Carbon Cycle Energy, Boulder, CO  Bio-energy development company Agricultural digesters Municipal wastewater treatment plants Landfill gas  Leading technologies: Anaerobic digestion Biogas upgrading and marketing  Development projects from the Midwest to the Southwest  Strong financial backing

Next Steps  Collect information on all waste streams  Understand current disposal methods and costs  Characterize waste streams  Develop proposal  Letter of intent to definitive agreement “LEAF THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE”
