CSML Two Person Mechanics

CSML JV Two person mechanics Hurts officials development Limits opportunities for advancement No varsity officials working with crew Effects the safety and control of the game Step backwards for the game

Our Proposal The cost of a three official JV game $ The cost of a two official JV game $ Difference and cost to a school per game $ Reduce the travel stipend based on 8 officials $ Total cost to a school per game $ 8.50 Based on a 20 game home stand for BJV and GJV games, the total cost to a school would be $170.00

Board Decision The question becomes at what level do we support a league that does not support us? Scrimmages will be voluntary We will not have a scheduling committee as in the past Sign up and Show up

Proposal for third official on CSML JV games Proposal #1: Use current schedule and fees. Varsity game-three officials $49.00 $49.00 $49.00 (Includes mileage stipend) JV game-two officials $43.00 $43.00 (Includes mileage stipend) Freshmen game-two officials $43.00 $43.00 (Includes mileage stipend) Proposal #2: Take the $86.00 for the JV games and divide it equally amongst three officials. Varsity game-three officials $49.00 $49.00 $49.00 (Includes mileage stipend) JV game-two officials $28.67 $28.67 $28.67 (Includes mileage stipend) Freshmen game-two officials $43.00 $43.00 (Includes mileage stipend) Proposal #3: Eliminate the travel stipend from each level and apply the $14.00 to the JV game.
