6. Program Summary Squirt Travel Teams: Two (2) SQ “A” Teams Two (2) SQ “B1” Teams Four (2) SQ “B” Teams Anticipated Four (4) tournaments per team plus exhibition games. No State League or State Tournament at the Squirt Level. Approximately 35 games per season (including tournament games).

7. Program Summary 10U Girls Teams: One (1) 10U team Four (4) tournaments (one in GF), plus exhibition games. No State League or State Tournament at the 10U level.

8. Program Summary Peewee Travel Teams: Two (2) PW “A” Teams Two (3) PW “B1” Teams Two (2) PW “B” Teams Three (3) tournaments per team (one in GF), plus State League and State Tournament. Approximately 40 games per season (including tournament games).

9. Program Summary 12U Girls Teams: One (1) 12U team Three (3) tournaments (one in GF), plus State League and State Tournament.

Program Summary Bantam Travel Teams: One BTM “AA” Team Two (2) BTM“A” Teams Two (2) BTM“B1” Teams One (1) BTM “B” Teams Three (3) tournaments per team (one in GF), plus State League and State Tournament. Bantam AA team will require scheduling oddities and additional fee. Approximately 45 games per season (including tournament games).

12. Program Updates Two 90 minute ice times per week for each team to practice –variety of ice utilization plans (full ice and co-op practices) Schedules will be provided when teams are finalized. Scheduling is changing daily right now

13. Off Ice Development Plan Optional program for kids who seek to do more in addition to GFYHA programming. Priority for GFYHA is the on-ice opportunities and informal opportunities that are kids- centered on the outdoor rinks. Goalie Sessions to continue.

Optional Fundraising Requirements All fundraising opportunities are optional, and in place to assist with keeping the cost of hockey affordable for all Ad Sales: Optional ad sales for girls tournament and GF Classic offer the opportunity to earn a rebate on your fees up to $200 ($400 in ads= $200 or $200 in ads+ $100) Raffle: This year GFYHA is piloting a raffle option which we hope to grow into a major revenue source for the association, and assist in reducing the fees for players in future years. Raffle to begin in November with drawing held during the Classic More information to come on details of ad sales procedures and raffle information! Volunteer Requirements All travel hockey parents will have volunteer requirements unless informed otherwise Volunteers help reduce the cost of registration this year by over $100 per player at the travel level Volunteers must use the Dibs site on the GFYHA website, so make sure you know your login!

Volunteer Requirements Volunteer opportunities will be centered around your players home tournament, consisting of at least three or more shifts depending on the size of tournament, and number of players at that level A monetary fine of $50 per missed shift will be assessed again this year for hours not met, and your player may be deemed ineligible for play if volunteer hours are not met Volunteer waivers will be given to 3 Parent coaches and 1 team manager per team Please contact Jessica Sporbert with any volunteer questions
