How can I vote? 2014 State Election 1.At a local polling centre on Election Day, 29 November 2014 If you have low English Proficiency it is acceptable to take a friend/family member in the booth to help you. Voting Instructions in 19 languages will be available in the booths. 2.At an Early Voting Centre – Open from 14 November 2014 If you cannot make it to a polling centre on Election day If you wish to access Electronic Assisted Voting 3.Via Post – Votes must be received by Thursday 27 November by 6pm Postal Vote Application – a one-off postal vote Register as a General Postal Voter – you will receive your ballot papers for every level of government election (except those applying based on age (70+) who need to apply every time at the Federal level)
