What to do:  Remain Silent – Remember, we’re in the library.  Sit in assigned seats. Do not go on anything other than MS Word.  Log on  As you wait for it to open, write your homework in your agenda.  HOMEWORK –  Paper Bag Book Report Due on Wednesday  Have your copy of your narrative with you every day this week.

Learning Goal  Write and type an MLA formatted, grammatically correct narrative.

What to do:  Open a new word document.  Save as “Your Name Narrative” (Caroline Sheridan Narrative) to your folder (your ID number).  We will be learning how to format an essay using MLA format.  Follow along with the video step by step.   Once your paper is set up, begin typing your narrative.  Use the TAB key to indent.  When you’re finished, use spell/grammar check (F7)  Print one copy. Have that with you every day.

Please:  Print your narrative and put it in your binder.  Make sure your narrative is saved to your student ID folder.  Turn off the computer  Pack up.  Stack chairs in the back of the room.
